Common questions

How is billing handled?

Through the Shopify Billing API — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. No separate account, no credit card forms.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Nothing breaks. Proviand tells you when you're near a cap and you can upgrade in two clicks from the app's Plan page.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Downgrade to Free or uninstall — Shopify prorates automatically. When you uninstall, your data is deleted per our privacy policy.

Do you charge per order or per sync?

Never. Flat monthly price, whatever your volume within the plan's SKU cap.
